FINANCE MANAGER (Automotriz - Querétaro)

A Tier 1 Automotive (Metal-mechanic) Company, located in El Marqués, Querétaro (Aerotech Industrial Park) is looking a Finance Manager (Full time / On-site)

About Our Client:

We are a high-growth, greenfield automotive startup setting up a state-of-the-art metal-mechanic manufacturing facility in Querétaro. We are building our foundational leadership team and looking for an entrepreneurial, hands-on financial architect to drive our financial strategy from day one.

The Role:

As the Finance Manager / Controller, you will be the strategic business partner to the Plant Manager. You will build the finance function from scratch, implement internal controls, establish standard costing systems, and manage local statutory compliance (MFRS / NIF/ Mexican Tax). This is a unique opportunity to escape corporate routine and leave a lasting legacy.

Key Requirements:

Experience:

8+ years in manufacturing finance, with 5+ years as a Plant Controller or Finance Manager.

Industry Sector:

Proven background in Automotive operations (Tier 1, metal-mechanic, preferred).





Startup Agility:

Prior experience with greenfield setups, plant launches, or building financial systems/ERP structures from scratch. (Desirable).

Technical Mastery:

Deep knowledge of standard costing, Opex and Capex, manufacturing variance analysis (PPV, scrap, labor), and cash flow management. Financial strategic planning and financial forecasting.

Languages:

Advanced English and native Spanish are mandatory, daily working with China and Germany.

Education (minimum):

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
