- Manage and improve HR service delivery to ensure efficient and high-quality outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour regulations and internal policies across all HR operations.
- Oversee HR systems and processes to drive accuracy and efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to align HR services with business needs.
- Develop and mentor the HR team to achieve strong performance.
- Use HR data and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Work with general teams to maintain consistency in HR practices.

Perfil buscado





A successful GBS HR Services Manager should have:

- Proven experience in HR SSC, preferably in a regional or multi country environment.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, service delivery models, and labour regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to guide and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Service-Now, Success-Factors or similar).
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
