Your Mission
Lead and execute the full marketing strategy across both platforms — translating positioning into campaigns that generate demand, accelerate sales, and strengthen market presence.
This is not a coordination role.
This is a leadership and execution role with direct business impact.
**What You'll Own**
- End-to-end marketing strategy.
- Positioning and messaging development.
- B2B demand generation focused on the U.S. market.
- Growth experimentation and continuous optimization.
- Close collaboration with sales, product, and leadership teams.
- KPI tracking and performance-driven decision-making.
- Building scalable, sustainable acquisition engines.
Your work will directly influence pipeline, revenue, and brand positioning.




**Who You Are**
- 10+ years of marketing experience (ideally in SaaS, startups, or marketplace businesses).
- Strong B2B marketing experience, particularly targeting the U.S. market.
- Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience across:
- Content strategy & storytelling
- Demand generation
- Growth marketing
- Paid media & campaign experimentation
- Advanced to fluent English (required).
- Highly analytical and data-driven.
- Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- High ownership mentality and proactive mindset.
- Thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
**Nice to Have**
- Experience scaling marketing in early or growth-stage companies.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Experience working closely with founders or executive teams.
