Key Responsibilities
- Lead all Supply Chain functions including Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, Inventory Control, and Import/Export.
- Develop supply chain strategies that support customer demand, business growth, and operational objectives.
- Ensure uninterrupted material availability while optimizing inventory investment and working capital.
- Lead Sales & Operations Planning (SIOP) and demand review processes.
- Drive supplier performance through strategic sourcing, negotiations, cost reduction initiatives, and supplier development.
- Develop mitigation plans for component shortages, allocation risks, and supply disruptions.
- Establish inventory strategies to minimize excess, obsolete inventory, and material liabilities.
- Partner with Finance to improve inventory health, PPV, and cash flow.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) from quoting through production launch.
- Ensure compliance with IMMEX, Annex 24, Annex 30, customs, and international trade regulations.
- Develop KPIs, dashboards, and executive reports for senior leadership.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization, planning accuracy, supplier performance, logistics efficiency, and cost reduction.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing Supply Chain organization.
- Collaborate with customers and executive leadership to resolve critical supply chain issues.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
- MBA or Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business is preferred.
Experience
- 8+ years of progressive Supply Chain experience within Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS).
- Minimum 3–5 years leading multidisciplinary Supply Chain teams.
- Strong experience with PCB Assembly (PCBA), Box Build, and high-mix manufacturing.
- Experience managing Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, and Warehouse operations.
- Experience with Make-to-Order (MTO), Build-to-Print, and contract manufacturing environments.
- Experience working directly with international customers and general suppliers.
- Proven success leading supply chain transformations and continuous improvement initiatives.
