- Collaborate with plants andcross-functional project teams in Mexico and China to plan, implement, and manage the overall project scheduling and new product development program.
- Take charge as the primaryaccount holder and maintain regular communication with customers regarding commercial issues such as outstanding topics, payment, order processing, and shipment scheduling.
- Skillfully resolvecross-departmental issues at the project level, ensuring smooth coordination and effective collaboration between different teams.
- Assist with any ad-hoc assignments as required,demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

- Hold a degree in Engineering, Project Management,
- Business, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent.




- Have 1-5 years of experience in OEM/ODM program managementfor electronic manufacturing industries.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability toeffectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities, with atrack record of driving successful outcomes.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
- Be proficient in ERP systems and MS Office, including
- Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and regulatorystandards (e.g., ISO 9001, IPC-A-610) is a plus.
- Fluent in English 80%
