**Your role and responsibilities**
The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite
This role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions Division in San Luis Potosi.
.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Identifying, leading, and developing productivity projects that optimize workflow and eliminate waste (muda) for Continuous Improvement.
- Standardizing and creating work instructions, updating and maintaining process documents, business rules, and operational flowcharts.
- Measuring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure warehouse efficiency.
- Improving the physical organization of the warehouse (layout) to facilitate the movement of goods.
Training warehouse teams in new work methodologies.
**Qualifications for the role**




- Industrial Engineer, Bachelor's in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Practical experience in 5S, VSM (Value Stream Mapping), Kaizen, Kanban.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS) and ERPs (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills and use of visualization tools (Power BI) to create performance dashboards.
- Knowledge in workflow design (Picking, Receiving, Packing) Advance English
