How You'll Make An Impact

- Receive, identify, and inspect materials to verify compliance with quality requirements.
- Support PPAP activities and annual supplier evaluations.
- Monitor processes, procedures, and quality standards for materials and components.
- Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to identify root causes and support the implementation of effective solutions.




- Analyze inspection data and information to ensure timely and accurate decision-making.
- Use measurement and inspection equipment to verify established specifications and tolerances.
- Maintain quality records and documentation in accordance with applicable procedures.
- Promote a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous improvement in all activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background

- High school diploma or technical degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing and incoming quality inspection.
- Experience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of measurement and inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Strong data analysis, numerical calculation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is preferred.
- Spanish speaking a plus.
