We need someone specializing in connecting all these tools when needed.



Such as building integrations between Instantly, Clay, Hubspot, RB2B, N8n and various other tools.

Some example automations we would need

- Weekly Reports: Instantly Interested Leads → Airtable → Every week, updates get sent to clients on what we accomplished
- AI Responder: Build AI agents to handle all interested lead responses such as here
- N8N Workflows for Data Scraping. e.g. Paginating through Serper API calls, or cleaning data.
- Custom Instantly.ai Reporting: Build reports to understand what week over week changes look like for every client in one centralized Airtable repo.
- CRM Integrations for Clients: Instantly Interested Leads → Clay to enrich extra data → Push to Hubspot and create tasks
- Website Followups: RB2B Website Visitor → Clay → Enrich Mobile → Reach out on LinkedIn and email automatically → Create task to follow up with mobile number
