SailPoint ISC Engineer Contract | Immediate Start | Americas (Guadalajara, Mexico Preferred) We're supporting a general enterprise seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Engineer to join their Identity & Access Management team on a long-term contract . This is a hands-on engineering role focused on the development, configuration, and enhancement of a modern cloud-based identity platform. The successful consultant will work within a collaborative IAM team, delivering scalable identity solutions while supporting ongoing platform improvements and integration s. The contract runs through April 2027, with a strong possibility of converting to a permanent position. Candidates should therefore be open to future relocation to Guadalajara, Mexico, if requir ed.

Key Responsibili ties

- Design, develop and configure solutions within SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityN ow).
- Build and maintain identity lifecycle management processes, provisioning workflows and access governance capabilit ies.
- Develop and support integrations between SailPoint ISC and enterprise applications, directories and identity provid ers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring high availability and operational stabil ity.
- Collaborate with security, infrastructure and application teams to deliver identity management soluti ons.
- Participate in platform enhancements, testing, deployments and continuous improvement initiati ves.




- Provide occasional out-of-hours/weekend support when required for planned activities or critical iss ues.

Required Skills & Exper ience

- 4+ years' experience working with SailPoint technolo gies.
- Strong, hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/Identity Now).
- Proven experience developing and engineering solutions within SailPoint ISC.
- Experience with identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access requests and govern ance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving sk ills.
- Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise applications, directories and cloud serv ices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work within global technical t eams.
- Ess entialDirect commercial experience with SailPoint ISC (Identit yNow).
- Strong engineering/development background within SailPoin t ISC.
- De sirableExperience working within large enterprise or regulated enviro nments.
- Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) best pra ctices.
- Experience supporting cloud identity platforms in production enviro nments.
