**Position: Quality System & Document Control Specialist**
**OBJECTIVE**: Carry out, review and implement company quality control processes.
Also implement continuous improvement projects.
**JOB SUMMARY**:Innovate, develop, implement and evaluate strategies for continuous improvement.
Guarantee the efficiency leadership, responsibility and optimal management of company sources.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
- Ensure, and give follow-up to customer requirements.
- Customer scorecard interpretation and give follow-up, provide information to all processes involved.
- Support to IATF ***** Quality Norm requirements complying.
- Support with compliance and requirements of BIQS and 5Stars certifications.
- Combine customer needs with IATF ***** quality norm.
- Execute the quality evaluation process to solving problems.
- Follow-up and implementation of corrective actions as well as preventive actions.
- Carry out LPA's
- Create and give follow-up to quality systems and necessary updates for continuous improvement.
- Quality cost reports.
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:
- Strong Knowledge in: Core Tools (FMEA, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, control plan).
Internal Quality Audit.

A bachelor's degree in IMA, or related field.
**Age**: ****** years old.

**Experience**:At least one year in similar position into Automotive Industry.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**: Verifiable experience in Core Tools, as well as strong knowledge in IATF *****, LPA Layered Process Audits, English advanced, Experience Managing ERP, Office (Excel advanced, dynamic tables), planning, organization, control and developing in Automotive Industry.
**Mental/Physical/Visual Demands**:Analytic, problem solver, attitude, observer and ability for listening.
**Working Conditions**: General office and plant conditions.
High to Moderate noise levels (examples: business office with computers and printers, light traffic and process facilities with environmental conditions; heat, steam, chemicals, pressures, noise, etc.).
