We're looking for a highly motivated and personable Recruiting Coordinator to join our fully remote first team.
This position is a great opportunity for an individual a great interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruiting to learn and grow their career in a fast-paced and innovative setting.
**Responsibilities**:
- Draft, post, review, and update jobs ads.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and meetings by partnering directly with VP Talent Acquisition Director, TA Specialists, HR, and Hiring Managers.
- Prioritize, organize, and manage multiple schedules.
- Update recruiting activities and spreadsheets.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2+ years recruiting experience in HR, recruiting, or sales in a digital marketing setting.
- Experience with scheduling and/or coordinating experience.
- Exposure to recruiting/HR.
- Strong multitasking and customer service experience.




- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, Office 365, Slack, MS suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google suite (Google drive, calendar, etc.).
- Superb customer facing focus, attention to detail, and highly organized
- Strong oral and written English communication skills.
- Ability thrive in a fast paced and adapt to quickly changing environment.
- Highly motivated and possess a positive altitude.
- Strong aptitude for learning with a proactive mindset
