Experience with Infor LN ERP is mandatory. Requirements Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of handson experience providing operational support for Infor LN ERP.
Experience in a global manufacturing or automotive environment.
Strong understanding of ERP business processes, including Logistics, Procurement, Production, Quality, Sales, and Finance.
Basic application development and coding skills.
Knowledge of operating systems, databases, and networking fundamentals.
Customerfocused mindset with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Advanced English communication skills required.
Key Responsibilities Provide daily support for Infor LN ERP and related applications.
Investigate and resolve incidents, issues, and user requests.
Monitor ERP jobs, interfaces, batches, and system performance.
Manage user access and service requests.
Support ERPrelated projects, enhancements, and change requests.
Assist with system maintenance, data management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with global teams, business users, and external service providers.
