Completed Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service or B2B Customer Support.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience managing customer inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution.
Intermediate conversational English required, as you will communicate with global customers.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Experience with Salesforce preferred.
Organized, proactive, serviceoriented, and detailoriented. RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the complete sales order process from order entry to final delivery.
Collect, verify, and process customer order information.
Communicate with customers to provide order updates and resolve inquiries or complaints.
Maintain accurate customer information in Salesforce CRM.
Follow up on payment records and documentation.




Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. WHAT WE OFFER
