and employee development.Champion best practices in manufacturing, quality, maintenance, and customer satisfaction.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of experience leading manufacturing operations in a high-volume production environment.Strong background in production planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, JIT, and Kanban methodologies.Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and audit processes.Proven leadership and team management skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Results-driven mindset with a focus on operational excellence.Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
