and a collaborative team mindset.Job responsibilitiesJob responsibilities include but are not limited to:Process live payrollsReview and distribute Quarterly payroll tax returnsReview and distribute annual W-2’sProvide all documents required based on our client’s needsConsult with clients on payroll-related mattersPrepare payroll audits & census reportsResearch and resolving payroll tax noticesRegister clients for state tax accountsProcess garnishments, retirement contributions, and other benefit-related paymentsJob RequirementsRequirements for the Payroll Specialist are as follows:Bachelor’s degree (preferred)At least 2 years of payroll experience (preferred)Strong organizational skillsExceptional attention to detailEffective time management abilitiesExcellent communication skillsExperience with ADP systems (preferred)#J-18808-Ljbffr
