As the
Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition Manager , you will be at the forefront of our clients growth strategy, leading high-impact campaigns to acquire and retain customers for their credit card products. You will leverage data-driven insights, cutting-edge tools, and multi-channel strategies to optimize performance and drive measurable results. What You Will Do
Develop and execute digital performance marketing strategies across paid search, social media, programmatic, and affiliate channels to drive credit card acquisitions. Manage and optimize end-to-end customer acquisition funnels, from awareness to conversion, ensuring maximum ROI and efficiency. Analyze campaign performance using advanced analytics tools, conduct A/B testing, and leverage insights to refine strategies. Own marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective spend allocation and achieving key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and data teams, to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Identify and test new marketing opportunities, channels, and partnerships to drive customer growth. Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership. Who You Are




A performance marketing expert with a minimum of
3 years of experience driving digital customer acquisition, ideally within
Fin Tech, financial services, or credit products. Data-driven and analytical, with deep experience using tools like
Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms. Skilled in campaign optimization, marketing attribution models, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Experienced in managing and allocating marketing budgets to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of managing campaigns while driving innovation and experimentation. An excellent communicator, confident in presenting insights and recommendations to leadership teams. Bonus Points for
Experience in the
credit card or lending sector
within a Fin Tech environment. Certifications in
Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar digital marketing platforms. Familiarity with SQL or data query tools to drive deep performance analysis. Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms. Why You Should Join
