Requirements
Being 100% bilingual. Excellent verbal and written skills in English. You'll be servicing customers in both English and Spanish.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
Experience in the call center-BPO industry preferred.
