Responsible for front‑line administrative tasks and coordination of operation, including data entry, ramp activities, sort activities, trace activities, dispatch activities and local customer service. Majority of time is spent on office‑based activities. Responsibilities
Advise and offer Fed Ex products and services to customers to achieve sales objectives. Perform over‑the‑counter customer service, administrative and clerical duties with direct and indirect customer interface. Assist customers by tracing packages, answering questions regarding Fed Ex products and services, and providing over‑the‑counter and telephone service. Check packages to ensure proper labeling, legality of content, weight and size, proper wrapping, insurance values, special requirements for hazardous material shipment, and compliance with customs documentation. Collaborate with fulfillment of budget, income/expenses, and support optimization of profitability of branches. Open and close the branch, maintain work area cleanliness, and check furniture and supplies. Recognize new customers or additional business opportunities, open new accounts, obtain additional shipments, and submit sales leads. Ensure excellent customer experience by developing and providing adequate solutions to customer problems.



Follow commercial and administrative processes and communicate with involved areas. Safeguard company values and avoid deviations, missing, and mishandling of valuable items. Request necessary supplies to carry out daily documentation and packaging of shipments. Minimum Requirements – Education
High School degree or equivalent. Minimum Requirements – Experience
Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service focused on sales. Knowledge in the management of cash and other values. Previous experience in a Fed Ex SCS Warehouse with good knowledge of the operation and its key customers. Minimum Requirements – Skills
Ability to lift 75 lbs/34 kg and maneuver packages weighing up to 150 lbs/68 kg with appropriate equipment. Accuracy & Attention to Detail. Planning & Organizing Skills. Interpersonal Skills. Good communication and human relations skills. Clear and articulate speaking voice. Clean cut and neat appearance. Physical Requirements
