Regal Rexnord’s Supply Chain Early Career Rotational Program is a 24-month program with three eight-month rotations across six areas of focus. It combines hands-on learning with mentoring and leadership development to accelerate early career growth within Regal Rexnord. Participants will experience Category Management, Materials Planning/Purchasing, Supplier Quality & Development, Program Management, S&OP;, and Logistics, including rotations across Mexico locations.
