Responsibilities
Support and plans detailed requirements for ongoing Microsoft 365 implementation using Exchange Online. Support & monitors to maintain the company’s network email system; performs quality and spot checks of system performance. Manage license usage, forecast license budget and mission critical support contracts. Understand and assure conformance to ITL SLA and MSP management. May participate in or manage quality assessments of internal operations and suppliers to analyze compliance and assess risk. Interact frequently with subordinate supervisors and functional peer group managers. Identify and manage continuous improvement projects with the objective of achieving quality, reliability and cost improvements. Oversee Messaging & Collaboration Engineers that provide technical expertise and recommendations for configuration management and IT applications in response to projects and business needs. Understand Identity management for multiple applications and sub-systems in relationship to user provisioning and de-provisioning processes. Knowledge, Skill And Abilities

Licensing or Certifications for Collaboration Manager Thorough knowledge of applicable procedures, specifications, regulations and standards. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
