This role addresses technical issues that cannot be resolved remotely, collaborates with integral support teams, and consults with local business leaders to align IT support with business needs. Windows & Mac OS administration Laptop/desktop hardware & peripherals Service Now ticketing expertise SCCM & Intune (device management, imaging, patching) Antivirus deployment & endpoint security basics Basic networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, office infrastructure) Conference room technology support Asset management tools & inventory accuracy Experience in global / international IT support environments ITIL knowledge or
certification (preferred)
