Provide first-level functional support to SAP FI-AP users.
Train users and document operational procedures.
Participate in functional testing (UAT) and development validations.
Propose and implement improvements and automation in AP processes.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external audits.
Actively participate in projects assigned to the AP area.
Monitor key indicators such as GR/IR, Aging, and payment exceptions. • Respond to requests from internal and external customers (auditors, vendors, internal departments).
Solve invoice verification and processing issues,
including credit and debit notes.
Control the workflow in Process Director and follow up on invoice cycles.
Monitor the GR/IR account (Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt).
Analyze AP aging (FBL1 N) and take corrective actions.
Generate and continuously improve reports in Excel and SAP.
Ensure compliance with audit requirements and ICS controls.
Provide customer service related to accounts payable for internal and external stakeholders.
Your Qualifications
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience in Accounts Payable processes and SAP FI-AP usage.
Knowledge of audits, internal controls, and tax compliance.
Strong analytical skills, effective communication, and customer orientation.
Ability to work in teams and participate in cross-functional projects.
Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
Intermediate to advanced English (preferred).
