We are seeking a highly skilled
Mobile Device Management (MDM) Specialist
to join our IT Operations team. The idóneo candidate will have hands‑on experience managing enterprise mobility solutions, with strong expertise in
Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows endpoint management, and mobile device administration. This role will be responsible for designing, deploying, securing, and supporting mobile and endpoint management solutions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support
Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager
environments.
Enroll, configure, and manage corporate‑owned and BYOD devices across
Windows, i OS, and Android
platforms.
Deploy and manage applications, configuration profiles, certificates, and security policies.
Perform application packaging, deployment, and operational support.
Monitor device compliance and implement remediation actions for non‑compliant endpoints.
Support operating system upgrades, security patching, and software deployments.
Configure and maintain Conditional Access, MFA, and endpoint security policies.
Troubleshoot device enrollment, synchronization, authentication, certificate, and application‑related issues.
Manage device lifecycle activities, including provisioning, maintenance, and retirement.
Collaborate with Service Desk, Security, Network,



and Infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and improve end‑user experience.
Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes in accordance with
ITIL
best practices.
Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in Mobile Device Management (MDM) or Endpoint Management.
Strong experience administering
Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID.
Experience supporting enterprise mobile devices and endpoint environments.
Knowledge of device compliance, security controls, and endpoint management best practices.
Experience troubleshooting authentication, enrollment, compliance, and certificate‑related issues.
Familiarity with cloud‑based identity and access management solutions.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
