About the Role We're looking for an experienced
Remote BAS/HVAC Controls Support Engineer
to provide advanced Tier 2–3 technical support for
Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS), HVAC Controls, and low-voltage control systems
. In this role, you will troubleshoot complex technical issues, support contractors, installers, field technicians, and customers, and provide remote assistance through phone, email, ticketing systems, and remote access tools. If you have experience with
HVAC Controls, Building Automation, BAS/BMS systems, and technical troubleshooting
and enjoy solving complex problems in a customer-focused environment, we'd love to hear from you. This role is adecuado for professionals with field experience who want to apply their technical expertise in a remote support environment.
Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 2–3 remote technical support for BAS/BMS and HVAC Controls systems. Troubleshoot HVAC controllers, sensors, thermostats, actuators, relays, communication devices, and low-voltage control systems. Support contractors, installers, electricians, field technicians, and customers with technical troubleshooting. Diagnose hardware, wiring, communication, configuration, and system integration issues. Interpret wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, control drawings, and technical documentation. Assist with controller configuration, startup, commissioning support, device activation, and system setup. Document troubleshooting steps, root cause analysis, and issue resolutions using ticketing systems. Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Manage multiple support cases while delivering an excellent customer experience.
✅ Requirements • 3+ years of experience supporting
HVAC Controls, Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS), or Building Controls
. • Hands-on experience troubleshooting commercial HVAC control systems. • Experience working with controllers, sensors, actuators, thermostats, relays, and communication devices. • Experience providing technical support through phone, email, ticketing systems, or remote access tools. • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control documentation. • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Professional English proficiency (written and spoken). • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Compensation Payroll: $18,000 – $25,000 MXN/month Direct Hire: $22,000 – $30,000 MXN/month Compensation is negotiable based on experience, technical expertise, and background.
