Proficiency with industry-standard BIM tools such as
Revit, Bluebeam, Navisworks, Auto CAD Plant 3 D, Civil 3 D
, or comparable platforms. Strong conversational English
skills.
What You'll Be Doing Develop and maintain BIM models across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural disciplines. Coordinate multidisciplinary models and perform clash detection to ensure design accuracy and constructability. Generate construction drawings, isometrics, sections, and detailed documentation directly from BIM models. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project teams to ensure technical consistency across project deliverables. Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings,



and technical planning sessions. Support the implementation of BIM standards, workflows, and industry best practices.
