Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico (Remote: No, Americas region)
Sustainability Analyst Responsibilities
Work with multiple areas within the organization to develop and monitor sustainability goals across global facilities.
Analyze the sustainability practices of the supply chain and contribute to the development of long‑term targets such as supplier emissions, packaging, and recycled content.
Enhance waste reporting: collaborate with internal audit and operations teams to define data‑tracking requirements.
Drive sustainable water strategy: set targets, improve reporting and conduct site waste and water audits.
Lead the Eco Vadis assessment, identifying improvement areas.
Support corporate sustainability reports and certifications (Corporate Knights, ISS, UN Integral Compact).
Supervise water questionnaires and assist other team members on submissions.
Collaborate with internal sustainability representatives and external agencies, NGOs, academia, and industry consortia on supply‑chain and water initiatives.
Qualifications
Knowledge of ISO and environmental management systems.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work with diverse partners and stakeholders worldwide.
Capability to handle modest ambiguity and develop innovative solutions.
Effective communication with internal and external customers.
Excellent attention to detail.
Awareness of ESG trends and alignment with corporate strategy.




Physical Demands
Office‑based work, requiring extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on computer screens and detailed data.
Repetitive manual movements such as data entry, mouse use and calculator use are frequent.
Occasional overnight travel may be required.
Typical Experience
Minimum of four to six years of relevant experience.
Preference for candidates with environmental management experience.
Typical Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
