We're Hiring: Buyer – Purchasing Team | Mexico City (On-Site)
Are you a procurement professional with a passion for supply chain operations, supplier management, and strategic sourcing? We are looking for a Buyer to join a dynamic purchasing team supporting one of the world's most recognized quick-service restaurant systems. Location: Mexico City, Mexico (On-Site) Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Employment Type: Permanent Position What You'll Do: • Support purchasing and supply chain operations to ensure continuous product availability at competitive costs. • Manage relationships with suppliers, distributors, bakeries, and franchise partners. • Conduct market and industry research to identify trends, cost drivers, and sourcing opportunities. • Monitor supplier performance, inventory levels, production schedules, and pricing compliance. • Support new product launches, promotional activities, and supply chain initiatives. • Analyze data and generate reports to support purchasing decisions and business strategy. • Coordinate communications between internal stakeholders, suppliers, distributors, and restaurant operators. • Assist in resolving supply chain disruptions,



inventory shortages, and operational challenges. What We're Looking For: ✔ Bachelor's Degree required. ✔ 2-3+ years of experience in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Category Management, or Vendor Management. ✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ✔ Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency. ✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. ✔ Experience working with suppliers, distributors, logistics partners, or food service operations is highly preferred. ✔ Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams. ✔ Must be based in Mexico.
