This role requires a dynamic and experienced professional who can drive sales growth, develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, and technical coordination with R&D; and tollers.ResponsibilitiesAchieve yearly sales objectives by developing and maintaining business with GKAs.Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutionsOversee sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and reportingCollaborate with other departments, such as Marketing, Formulation, R&D;, and Customer Service to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives and identifying business opportunitiesAcquire expertise on active ingredients and liaise with departmentsProvide visit reports and update account informationEnhance Lucas Meyer Cosmetics's position within each corporate account using consultative and in-depth selling at all levels within the accountMaintain a clear sales opportunity pipelineCoordinate with regional team for effective customer serviceParticipate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote Lucas Meyer Cosmetics's offeringRequirementsMaster's Degree or higher; specialization in Chemistry, Biology, Business, or Marketing is a plusMinimum 5 years of proven track record in a commercial, sales, or business development role within the Cosmetics & Personal Care industryExperience in Actives, R&D;, or OEM is welcomedSuperior presentation, communication, and negotiation skills,
