**Job Summary**:
To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are looking to add a **Direct Buyer** located in **Aguascalientes**.
Reporting to the **Materials Manager**, the Direct Buyer position involves being responsible for coordinating activities related to the acquisition of direct materials, components, and equipment.
**What a typical day looks like**:
- Review requisitions and MRP outputs.
- Communicate with suppliers to obtain information about products or services, such as pricing, availability, and delivery lead times.
- Determine the procurement method, such as direct purchase.
- Place orders, reschedule, and cancel material based on requests and planning results.
- Manage supplier compliance with price, delivery, and quality expectations, and escalate issues when necessary.




- Approve invoices for payment.
- Expedite the delivery of goods to users.
- Maintain purchasing records, reports, and metrics.
- Follow up from purchase order placement through supplier payment and material receipt in the system.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to resolve any receiving issues.
**The experience we are looking to add to our team**:
- Bachelor's degree or engineering degree completed.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Previous experience with MRP.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of BAAN (as a plus).
