Responsibilities:Lead and drive continuous quality improvements within cross-functional teams (CFT)Support Failure Analysis (FA) reports for new product introductions and transfersManage and follow up on customer complaints, ensuring timely resolutionAct as the main point of contact for customers on quality-related topicsReview and approve documentation in PFS and Agile systemsSupport material disposition and control within MRB processesGenerate Quality Alerts and coordinate containment actions (purges) as neededCollaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with quality standards5+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in SMT and selective soldering processes (or similar role)Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldStrong knowledge of SMT, through-hole,



and conformal coating processesExpertise in IPC-A-610 standards; Internal Auditor certification is a plusExperience with non-conforming material management (FPY, PPMs), and problem-solving methodologies (8D, FMEA, Control Plan, MRB)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with customersStrong teamwork, ethics, and sense of responsibilityAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency, including versátil shifts if requiredKnowledge of Agile, PFS, Power BI, and LN systems is a plus
