Summary
The primary objective of this role is to support daily and weekly HR operations through audits, records management, data tracking, and reporting.
Responsibilities
Daily review of shared mailboxes, monitoring emails that report data-entry errors related to employee onboarding, offboarding, and service requests.
Audit of active food voucher cards
Creation of charts showing the number of hires, terminations, and employee leave cases, segmented by service region for comparison, performance evaluation, and incident analysis.
100% audit of employee files and corresponding error tracking by region.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in administration or similar fields
Must be enrolled in a university program with a valid internship agreement.
Availability from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Copilot AI

Proactive and self-motivated
Bilingual in Spanish & English (verbal & written)
