**Your Role**
Key responsibilities in your new role
As a Senior IT Engineer - Access Control & Video Surveillance, you will support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical security technologies within the semiconductor industry.
In this role, you will collaborate with general teams and regional stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient Access Control and Video Surveillance solutions, with a strong focus on supporting operations in Mexico.
- Provide operational IT support for **Access Control and Video Surveillance** platforms across global sites
- Support the **planning**, **implementation**, **operation**, and **maintenance**of **security**technology **solutions**:
- **Troubleshoot**technical**issues**and coordinate resolution activities with **internal**teams**and **external**vendors**:
- Contribute to IT and **Security projects** including technical installation planning, implementation, testing, and operational handover
- Collaborate closely with **cross-functional teams**, **regional stakeholders**, and **global partners** to ensure stable system performance
- Support **continuous improvement initiatives** to enhance reliability, security, and operational efficiency of the platforms
- **Ensure compliance** with internal IT and Security standards while supporting business and manufacturing operations
**Your Profile**
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- **Completed studies** in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Around **4 years of experience**in IT system administration, infrastructure support, or related technical roles
- Experience with **Access Control and/or Video Surveillance systems** is considered an advantage




- Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills** with a structured and reliable working style
- Excellent **teamwork and communication** skills in an international environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively with** internal stakeholders**, **external partners, and vendors**:
- Fluent communication skills in **English (B2+)**
