**TIKTOK CONTENT CREATOR -**INTEGRAL COMPANY / FULL-TIME, REMOTE
This Remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in LATAM.
Occasional travel may be required for key meetings, conferences, or team events.
**What You'll Do**
- Own TikTok content end-to-end: ideation, filming, editing (light), and publishing
- Create **high-performing, native TikTok videos** focused on wellness, lifestyle, and daily routines
- Appear on camera regularly, representing the brand with authenticity and relatability
- Develop content that supports **TikTok Shop sales**, including product storytelling, demos, and soft-selling formats
- Identify and act on trends, sounds, and formats quickly, adapting them to the brand
- Test hooks, storytelling styles, and formats to improve **watch time, engagement, and conversions**:
- Produce content using **fast, lo-fi, mobile-first setups** (not overly produced)
- Collaborate with the marketing, social media and video teams to align with campaigns and launches
- Analyze performance and iterate based on metrics like **retention, CTR, and sales impact**
**What We're Looking For**
- Strong on-camera presence with excellent spoken English
- Deep understanding of **TikTok culture, trends, and algorithm behavior**:
- Ability to create content **quickly, consistently, and independently**:
- Natural storyteller who understands what makes content engaging in the first 3 seconds
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere, or similar)
- **Performance-driven mindset**: you think in terms of views, retention, engagement,



and conversion
- Interest in **wellness, supplements, lifestyle, or daily routines**
**Bonus**
- Experience with **TikTok Shop, affiliate content, or conversion-driven videos**:
- Proven track record of growing a personal or brand TikTok account
- Experience creating **UGC-style or direct-response content**:
- Background in wellness, fitness, or beauty content

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
