**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:
- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production, quality, safety, and delivery targets.
- Plan and review production work orders, determining labor, material, and time requirements to support efficient execution.
- Ensure equipment and machinery are in proper working condition, partnering with maintenance teams to address preventive and corrective needs.
- Confirm materials are available at the production line and resolve material flow issues in collaboration with materials and scheduling teams.
- Verify completed work orders are properly assembled, packed, quality-approved, and accurately recorded in the system for shipping or warehousing.
- Provide direct leadership to operators, supporting adherence to assembly and testing procedures, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives alongside Manufacturing Engineering to enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality.
- Support root cause analysis for safety incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment by promoting safety awareness, training, and environmental stewardship.
- Manage employee time and attendance through electronic systems and support fair, accurate payroll processing.
Experiência y requisitos
**For This Role, You Will Need**:




- Experience leading or supervising manufacturing or assembly operations in a production environment.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety practices.
- Ability to analyze production data, manage priorities, and make timely, informed decisions.
- Comfort using standard business and production systems, including data tracking and reporting tools.
- Skills in people leadership, including coaching, performance feedback, and team development.
- Flexibility to support operational needs across different schedules as required.
- Ability for blue print reading and GD&T.;
**Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart**:
- Experience in machining environments such as CNC, lathes, or metal finishing processes.
- Knowledge of physical properties of metals and heat treatments
- Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies and structured problem‐solving tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, and data‐driven decision making.
- Experience supporting equipment maintenance coordination, budget awareness, or product transfer activities.
- Ability to communicate in both English and Spanish in a manufacturing setting.
