As an **E-Commerce Lead,** your main focus will be to optimize internal search, manage day-to-day execution of product exposure and optimize ranking, including deals, analysis and execution.
This on-site role reports into our Commercial Manager and is based out of the Mexico Support Office.
A Day in the Life Working at H&M; means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day execution of product exposure and optimize ranking, including deals and discount activities, according to QCP and ad-hoc adjustments to secure optimal performance
- Optimize internal search (e.g., add synonyms)
- Collaboration
- Commercial Managers manages commercial plan per customer group and will give input on campaigns, activations and product strategies (including ranking)
- Experience Leads manages overall site plan and will give input on actions to ensure a seamless end-to-end digital shopping journey across customer groups
**Requisitos**:
- Who You Are**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics,



or related field
- Strong knowledge of online merchandising, UX, and site optimization
- Strong analytical, commercial, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and adapt to industry trends
- 2+ years' eCommerce experience, preferably in fashion retail
- Experience working with eCommerce platforms and tools
- Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.
