**We are looking for a commercial and analytical professional with experience in transportation, grain trade, logistics execution, and customer relationship management to join our team as a Grain Merchant.

**What You'll Do**
- Analyze grain market trends, supply & demand, and logistics opportunities.
- Manage daily truck trade execution and transportation strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, suppliers, and customers.
- Negotiate freight rates and optimize transportation costs.
- Coordinate logistics execution and solve day-to-day operational issues.
- Support commercial growth through customer development and market intelligence.
- Monitor positions, margins, and business performance.
**What We're Looking For**
- 2+ years of experience in cross-country truck trade, grain merchandising, logistics, transportation, or similar.
- Experience negotiating freight and managing carrier relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.




- Commercial mindset with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of agricultural supply chains, commodity flows, or grain markets is a plus.
- Experience in transportation, agribusiness, supply chain, or commodity trading preferred.
- Advanced or conversational English preferred.
- Valid visa and passport required.

- Monthly base salary between **$55,000 MXN and $70,000 MXN** based on experience.
