**About the Role**
In this role, you will support the underwriting of Engineering & Construction and Renewable Energy risks across Latin America, contributing to high-quality decision-making and portfolio performance.
You will:
- Support underwriting activities for E&C; + RE risks, including risk assessment, pricing and documentation
- Collaborate with underwriting, operations and claims teams to ensure efficient deal execution
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory and internal requirements across LatAm markets
- Maintain accurate underwriting data and documentation in systems, ensuring high data quality
- Monitor post-bind activities such as premium collection, claims data and portfolio follow-up
- Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives
**About the Team**
You will join the CorSo Wholesale Engineering & Construction team covering Latin America, part of the broader Ibero-America, Middle East & Africa division.
Our team combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative and client-focused mindset.
We work closely with brokers and clients across the region, supporting complex infrastructure and energy projects—including renewable energy—while driving sustainable and profitable growth.
**About You**
We are looking for a motivated early-career professional who is eager to learn, grow and build a career in underwriting.
You bring:




- A degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field) or equivalent experience
- Relevant experience in (re)insurance, underwriting, or a related technical/analytical role (preferred, not mandatory)
- Strong analytical skills and interest in risk assessment and insurance concepts
- High attention to detail and ability to manage data, documentation and processes effectively
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse, cross-functional teams
- Effective communication skills in English and Spanish
