We are looking for a **Lead Generation Specialist** to help drive business growth by identifying and engaging potential customers within the Industrial Automation market.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, building relationships with prospects, and enabling our sales teams to focus on converting opportunities into business success.
**- What you'll do**:
- Conduct cold prospecting and lead generation activities to create new business opportunities
- Research target accounts and key decision-makers
- Qualify leads based on customer needs, business potential, and commercial viability
- Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team
- Leverage CRM systems, databases, and digital tools to manage prospecting activities
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams
**- What we're looking for**:
- 2-4 years of experience in Lead Generation, SDR, BDR, Business Development, Inside Sales, or similar roles
- Proven experience conducting cold outreach and engaging prospects through digital channels
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience using LinkedIn and CRM platforms for prospecting activities
- Results-oriented mindset with resilience and persistence
- English proficiency (B2 or higher)

- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, automation, engineering, or technology-related industries
- Familiarity with sales funnels and lead qualification methodologies
