**What you'll do**
Production Scheduling / Planning
- Support the creation, adjustment, and execution of the daily and weekly production schedule.
- Align production plans with capacity,



labor availability, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Warehouse teams to ensure schedule adherence.
- Monitor WO status, identify delays, and generate recovery plans when needed.
- Track production performance and maintain scheduling KPIs.
- Monitor finished goods inventory levels and system accuracy.
- Maintain updated records in system SAP
- Provide daily reports on production, inventory, and order status.
Shipping
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (CI, PL, AWB, BL, customs documentation).
- Track shipments with forwarders/carriers and ensure on-time delivery.
- Resolve transportation delays and delivery issues.
- Maintain and update shipping KPIs.
**What you must have**
- Proficient English Level
- Experience in manufacturing environment / OEM supply chain role (S&OP;, Demand planning, Supply Planning) or similar
- Industrial Enginering Bachelor Degree
