GBL PL PROCESS & ASSURANCE LEADER ISP: The primary purpose is to ensure Integrated Services projects execute reliably, consistently, and safely while reducing quality-related losses.
Ensure effective implementation of the Weatherford Quality Management System within Integrated Services.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end quality assurance for ISP execution.Monitor project quality performance, NPT, COPQ, incidents, and systemic risks.Lead investigations into recurring execution failures and identify cross-functional corrective actions.Ensure project readiness through quality planning and assurance reviews.Interface with customers regarding quality performance and delivery assurance matters.Track action items and verify effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.Analyze data trends and convert findings into practical improvement actions.QualificationsExperience & EducationREQUIREDBachelor's or equivalent preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance role Oil & gas servicesRoot Cause Analysis Incident Investigation TrainingEnglish level: Advanced (business level)PREFERREDBachelor's or equivalent preferredAmerican Society for Quality (ASQ) Certification (CQA; CMQ/OE)Industry recognized Training: CQM, CQE, CQA, CRE, CRMP, Lean and ISO certifications are desiredMembership of appropriate professional societiesKnowledge,
