We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) in IT that ensures software products meet specified requirements and user expectations, focusing on preventing defects and enhancing overall quality
**Responsibilities**:
- Analyzing and capturing requirements, documenting and relaying those to the Technology team members.
- Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in manual testing: creating/executing test scripts, documenting defects, and setting up test data.
- Extensive experience with functional, regression, and exploratory testing.
- Expertise in API endpoint testing using tools like Postman or Swagger.
- Ability to query databases using SQL.
- Accustomed to working on Agile delivery teams.




- Exceptional written and oral communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with Jira for defect management.
- Good understanding of automated testing frameworks (work experience is a plus).
