Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage macOS devices using JAMF Pro and/or Microsoft Intune.
- Enroll, configure, and deploy Apple devices in line with corporate policies and security standards.
- Create and manage policies, configuration profiles, and scripts to ensure device compliance and automation.
- Provide L2/L3 support for macOS-related incidents, software deployments, and system troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to ensure encryption, compliance, and endpoint protection on macOS devices.
- Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and drive process improvements.
- Support integration of macOS devices with corporate services (VPN, Wi‐Fi, printers, file shares).

Pay: $40,****** - $65,****** per month
