**Position Summary**
We are seeking an experienced **Production & Materials Planner** responsible for analyzing open customer orders, planning material requirements, and developing production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and efficient manufacturing operations.
This role operates within a **24/7 industrial manufacturing environment** and requires strong analytical skills, advanced digital capabilities, and **90% conversational English (mandatory)**.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field).
- 3-5 years of experience in production planning, materials planning, or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
- Experience with ERP systems (preferred).
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Analyze open sales orders and demand forecasts.
- Calculate and plan raw material requirements
- Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure timely material availability.
- Develop and maintain production schedules for extrusion, printing, and converting operations.
- Adjust production schedules based on priorities, capacity, and material constraints.
- Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Respond to customer inquiries in English regarding order status and shipments.
- Provide accurate updates on production progress and delivery dates.
- Participate in ERP system implementation and process mapping.
- Develop analytical reports and planning tools using Google Sheets.
- Support the Production Manager and serve as operational backup when required.
