**Supervisor**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Allocates team activity and resources efficiently in order to meet delivery requirements, while achieving quality and safety standards
- Handles record management and ensures systems are functioning correctly




- Clearly identifies and segregates non-conforming material while monitoring and maintaining all safety equipment and tools
- Keeps the team focused on daily targets and responsibilities
- Identifies training needs, listens to team members' feedback, and works to resolve issues or conflicts
- Operates under the general supervision of local Management
- Coordinates and monitors the fulfillment of all legal and internal requirements regarding Health, Safety and Environment
- Leads by example and line with the Freudenberg Guiding Principles and the Code of Conduct, while fostering a proactive work culture
**Qualifications**:
- Industrial engineering or related field, technical training or equivalent degree with 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
- High level of commitment and flexibility
- Willingness and ability to work in shifts
- Willingness and endurance to meet the physical demands of the position
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and constantly changing environment
