At **The American School Foundation (ASF)**, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented **Human Capital Analyst** to join our team for a high-impact, **3-month project**.
The primary goal of this role is to standardize documentation for key HR processes and ensure the seamless administrative execution of personnel movements within SAP, maintaining the highest standards of ethics and confidentiality.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- **Process Documentation**: Draft and formalize procedure manuals for Recruitment, Selection, Hiring, and Offboarding (Termination) stages.
- **SAP Management**: Accurately execute hires, terminations, and organizational changes within the SAP system.
- **Personnel Administration**: Prepare individual employment contracts and manage all legal and administrative forms required for onboarding and offboarding.
Assist in the comprehensive organization of employee files.
- **Onboarding Support**: Assist in the logistics of induction sessions for new hires.
Provide hands-on guidance for new employees regarding mandatory procedures such as RFC registration,



IMSS, and opening bank accounts.
**Required Profile**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in administrative Human Resources or Human Capital roles.
- **Technical Skills**:Mandatory proficiency in SAP**(HR/HCM modules).
- **Languages**:Intermediate English** proficiency (verbal and written).
- **Ethics**: Exceptional level of **discretion and confidentiality** regarding sensitive employee data and organizational movements.
**Desirable Competencies**:
- **Technical Writing**: Ability to structure clear, professional manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- **Organization**: Excellent time management skills to meet strict hiring and administrative deadlines.
- **Service Orientation**: A supportive approach when guiding new hires through their integration process.
