**What You'll Do**
- Manage day-to-day operations for energy and electromechanical system projects across metro and urban rail.
- Oversee implementation, quality, and safety of substation and catenary installations.
- Prepare and maintain project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Supervise contractors and guide installation teams, ensuring compliance with local standards and technical specifications.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders — from engineering and procurement teams to EPCs, consultants, and clients.
- Monitor project progress, control quality and risk, and ensure on-time delivery and acceptance.
- Lead communication, reporting, and documentation throughout project execution.
- Mentor and evaluate project team members to support continuous improvement.
**What You'll Bring**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, **Electromechanical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering** (or related field).
- Experience working with local EPC projects and supplier networks.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- **Languages**:
- Spanish - Fluent (required)
- English - Professional proficiency (preferred)
- Chinese -Fluent (required)
Base Pay: From $16,****** per month
