- Supervise, coordinate, and control the activities of the production personnel to ensure compliance with the company's manufacturing schedules, guaranteeing product quality, efficient use of resources, and adherence to industrial safety standards._
- Responsabilities_
- _Supervise compliance with the daily/weekly production plan._
- _Distribute tasks to operational personnel based on workloads and equipment capabilities._
- _Ensure the correct allocation of resources (materials, tools, and machinery).

- _Verify that the manufacturing processes for restorers (or "retrievers/reconditioners," depending on context) and sectioning equipment are carried out according to drawings, technical procedures, and quality standards._
- _Ensure that cycle times are met without compromising quality._
- _Track Key Production Indicators (KPIs): efficiency, productivity, waste, etc._
- _Supervise the technical and operational personnel assigned to the production line or area._
- _Promote a culture of teamwork, discipline, and continuous improvement._
- _Provide feedback and technical support to the work team._
- _Verify that the product meets technical specifications before moving to the next stage or the quality area._




- _Detect and report non-conformities and implement immediate corrective actions._
- _Ensure that personnel comply with safety standards and the proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).

- _Report unsafe conditions and participate in internal safety programs._
- _Propose improvements in processes, work methods, and resource utilization._
- _Participate in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen initiatives, or other applicable methodologies._
- _Prepare daily reports on production, incidents, downtime, and progress._
- _Keep track of attendance and performance of the personnel under their charge._
- Requeriments_
- _Education: Electrical, electronic or mechatronics engineer.

- _Experience: 4+ years in a similar position desirable.
