Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a senior SAP Security & GRC leader to drive the design, implementation, and governance of secure SAP landscapes across ERP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and associated platforms.
This role is responsible for leading SAP GRC Access Control and Process Control implementations, including Access Risk Analysis, Access Request Management, Emergency Access, Business Role Management, and Continuous Control Monitoring.
The position plays a critical role in defining SAP security architecture, integrating SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance (IAG), and ensuring seamless connectivity across SAP and non‐SAP systems while delivering intuitive, user‐centric access workflows.
The role partners closely with global IT, business,



and compliance stakeholders to ensure adherence to stringent aerospace and defense regulations, including ITAR/EAR, SOX, NIST **************, CMMC, and DFARS requirements.
This leader will oversee GRC project delivery from requirements through testing, manage security risk assessments and audit documentation, and guide cybersecurity strategy across A&D; IT systems.
Success in this role requires deep SAP security expertise, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to deliver fast, compliant, and high‐quality results in a highly matrixed, integral environment while mentoring teams and promoting best practices.
