**Requirements**:
Academic requirements: Degree in Education, Psychopedagogy, Language Teaching, or similar.
Strong ability to communicate in English with students and families.
Accredited English level of C1 or higher.

**Work Experience**:
3 or more years of experience in a similar position.
Previous experience in coordination or educational leadership roles in basic education institutions.
