**HMI UX Performance Engineer**:
- Join Capgemini Engineering as an **HMI UX Performance Engineer**— help shape intuitive, safe, and delightful in-vehicle experiences.
We're seeking a motivated engineer with 2-3 years' experience HMI/UX.
- **YOUR ROLE**:
- Create clear, robust HMI feature and interaction specifications aligned to system and electrical requirements.
- Define feedback, messaging, auditory signals, functional grouping, and feature logic for vehicle and infotainment systems.
- Lead change requests and coordinate with suppliers, engineering, and validation teams to ensure correct implementation.
- Support and design user tests; work with validation teams to verify feature logic and resolve issues.
- Present design proposals, benchmarking, and user test results; recommend and drive interaction improvements.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Human Factors, Ergonomics, Psychology, Human Kinetics, or related field.
- Experience in user-centered design, requirements development, and vehicle lifecycle processes.
- Familiarity with electrical engineering development processes and HMI validation methods.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Photoshop, Visio, Adobe XD; DOORS desirable.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, teamwork, problem solving,



and ability to prioritize across changing vehicle designs.
